We want you to love what you order from Purelixire — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unopened, unused, and resalable products within:
14 days of delivery
To qualify:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened food or dietary supplements
- Used beauty, hygiene, or personal care products
- Perishable goods or temperature-sensitive items
If your item is defective or damaged, please see the next section.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Investigate the issue
- Offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping)
- Cover return shipping if required
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos (if possible) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., due to use/damage), we will notify you and may return the item back to you.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@purelixire.com with your order number and return request.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the address we provide.
- Keep the tracking number for your records.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
